We research available public sources, identify the responsible office, follow up when appropriate, and explain the returned material. No professional credential is implied. Engineering, inspection, legal, permitting, and property-condition decisions remain with the appropriate qualified professional or agency.

How the workflow is verified

Route checks use test properties or non-sensitive public examples and stop before any government submission, payment, signature, or claim about a real property's status.

The address resolver is tested for valid, incomplete, and unmatched U.S. addresses without retaining an address in a server-side property database.
County workflows are checked for the official owner, required search clues, expected artifact, blocked-route fallback, and the difference between an empty search and a written no-record response.
Coverage and the downloadable access index expose route depth and review dates so changes can be audited and corrected.

What this site is not

This product is intentionally conservative where inputs are weak or local conditions are unknown.
